The Hunger Games Ending

The Hunger Games Ending

So the end of the Hunger Games book was epic! First of all Katniss and Peeta had already killed the other guy and they were the only ones left so they had to compete against each other. They were in love so they didn’t want to compete against each other. They found a solution though, both of them eating the “poisonous blueberries” and both of them dying. Then the announcer told them that they had already won and they celebrated. The owner of the Hunger Games killed the announcer by locking him in a room with the “poisonous blueberries”.

My opinion of the book is that it was truly a very epic story of the brave girl who sacrificed for her family. The book was sad, heart touching story. I do recommend the book “Hunger Games” although there is a difference from the book and the movie I still recommend both.

The Life Of Katniss Everdeen

The Life of Katniss Everdeen

The life of Katniss Everdeen was a good life until her father died in an explosion in the mines where he worked. Since that day nothing was ever the same. Since the death of her father her mother was going to get a job but then she went into a terrible depression. Since her mother was in depression Katniss had to get jobs and work to be in charge of her mother and little sister Primrose. Then when it was time to go see who would be chosen for the 74th Hunger Games, it turned out that her little sister Primrose was chosen to participate in the hunger games. Katniss did a really big sacrifice because she was going to participate instead of her little sister.

When she was participating in the games she met two guys Peeta and Gale. She falls in love with Peeta. Even though Gale fell in love with Katniss he knows Katniss loved Peeta.

Katniss Everdeen

Katniss Everdeen

Katniss Everdeen is a sixteen year old girl that lives in District 12. She lives with her mom and her little sister Primrose. Primrose was chosen to participate in the hunger games so Katniss sacrificed to participate instead of her little sister Primrose. She was very brave to participate instead of her sister.

I chose Katniss Everdeen because I think that she was a very brave girl to participate instead of her sister, Primrose. She participated in the 74th hunger games.  Her mom, Primrose, and Katniss struggle since Katniss father died in a explosion in the cave where he worked.

Introduction

The Hunger Games

This story is about Katniss Everdeen and how she must sacrifice to help her little sister, Primrose. They lived in the twelve colonies where poor people lived close to the rich people. Then one day they were choosing the ones that would go to the games and Katniss’s little sister Primrose was chosen and Katniss sacrifices to go instead of her little sister. It was the last year that Katniss could be chosen because to be in the games you had to be eighteen or younger.

I chose this book because this is a cool, sad, and loving book because it talks about her encounters and fears too. I chose the character ‘Katniss Everdeen’ because she was very brave to go instead of her little sister.
