 Katniss Everdeen is a sixteen year old girl that lives in District 12. She lives with her mom and her little sister Primrose. Primrose was chosen to participate in the hunger games so Katniss sacrificed to participate instead of her little sister Primrose. She was very brave to participate instead of her sister.

I chose Katniss Everdeen because I think that she was a very brave girl to participate instead of her sister, Primrose. _­ She participated in the 74^th hunger games.  Her mom, Primrose, and Katniss struggle since Katniss father died in a explosion in the cave where he worked.
